seeded by those from the stars The Pleiadians, 200,000 years
ago, when they came, they imbued these portals of energy that
would stay dormant until humanity decided to move onto a
path of ascension, graduation status. So we have help coming Lee Carroll: The light on this
planet is actually winning, and it’s not being reported. The
control that leaders have over us and the way they want it to
work on the planet, and the economies and the way they work
and the way monies work and banks work, it just doesn’t
change. And so there are the poor and the rich, and that
doesn’t change, and you can see how that’s been for hundreds and
hundreds of years, until now. You’re looking at the wars that
are here. Those are the last gasp efforts of the old energy
to pull this planet in, back into darkness. Prine has
actually said, this may be a period of time you look back on
and say, the last wars, how many of you are polarized
politically? How many of you have the courage to say, I want
to look at both sides and send love to them, all of them,
because they both need it so they’ll be less polarized.
That’s mastery. What the important thing is of life. You
are not a victim of the planet. Jannecke Øinæs: Lee and Monica.
A warm welcome to the show. Monika Muranyi: So delighted to
be here. Jannecke, we are here for inviting us. Yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: I’m super
delighted to have you here. I’ve known of your work for such a
long time. You’re doing incredible work. And I mean,
Lee, you’ve been doing this ever since, I think it was 1989 you
have been channeling Kryon, who is an angelic entity who have
messages of peace and harmony, and this has helped hundreds of
1000s of people across the globe, and especially now in the
shift of consciousness we find ourselves in. You’ve written
tons of books, and also you Monica, and I’m really curious
to learn how you got into this work and how you also partnered
up, and then also to dive deep today about how we can raise our
consciousness, how we can contribute to the light being
more present in this world, in the time where we find ourselves
in deep chaos. So I’d love to start with you. Lee, you, from
what I heard, were an engineer and wasn’t that deep into
spirituality, Lee Carroll: absolutely the the
story is, for me, is long, and I’m not going to make it long
just to say you’re absolutely right. More than that, I will
say to you that 36 years ago, I was brought from a very linear
idea of what life was about and myself and all the things that
an injure an engineer would believe, and really dragged into
these things being a skeptic of everything has has shaped me to
examine the things very closely that I teach. And so that’s the
attribute that was 36 years ago. The question I’m going to dodge
it just for a moment, because I wanted everybody to understand,
do you realize you’re looking at a podcast today in a
consciousness that never would have happened 36 years ago? We
never had anything like this. Nobody was talking about these
kinds of things to any kind of audiences at all. There was
church and that was it. And so you had church programs as well.
Today. The kind of podcast you’re looking at right now,
there’s hundreds of them, and they are by young people and
regular, I mean older people is it’s universal that we’re
starting to see a shift of these kinds of interests, and that’s
what it is. When you see the following of this particular
program, and you take a look at some of the others, it’s amazing
of how the interests are starting to change. So here you
are, and I’m answering the question. And the question is,
of course, about Kryon. This is a you pegged it very this is an
angelic energy, and the first time I ever felt it, I’ll never
forget it, because I was convinced at the moment it
happened. It’s almost like an indeed experience, where I was
literally taken to a love place. I knew that I was outside of my
body. I felt things that I’d never felt before. I had
overwhelming love come in and flow in and I saw truth, and
that was the beginning. I can’t ignore this. You just cannot
ignore this. When these kinds of things happen to you, when you
personally receive something like this, what I would like to
tell everybody here is that my journey. I’ve always asked, Why
am I here? What am I doing? What is this all about? Why
channeling and crying has led me up to this crying? I have no
idea why the name is cryon. Maybe it’s just a joke. I’m
ready for that, but if you take a look at why it’s for now, we
have a shift going on. Have you? Has anybody noticed anything a
little different? And some say we’re moving into another
dimension. Some say we’re just moving into higher
consciousness. But almost everyone we talk to on almost
every podcast says what’s happening? Because it is
different, way different from, let’s say, 10 years ago, way
different from even before that. That’s why Kryon is here to help
us understand it, negotiate it. And when you get to that
question of really, truly, what’s happening, I’ll even be
talking more and faster, because I get very, very excited. Jannecke Øinæs: Thank you for
sharing that and for me and the audience who is curious about
Okay, so how are you channeling or how are you receiving the
knowledge and the wisdom from crying? Is it something you are
hearing? Are you seeing them? Are you feeling it? Just to
understand how this communication is going on? Lee Carroll: Thank you. It’s a
great question, because the people who don’t know
channeling, first of all, 36 years ago, it was, it was seen
as well. The boy has diverted to the devil. Now he’s doing these
kinds of things. And this was like all of that today. It is
not in fact, channeling is something that many people are
doing very well accepted. Some are doing it simply on paper,
and the answer to your question is not heard, it’s not seen.
It’s almost like a very strong stream of intuition. How do you
know things? I mean, when you when you sit and you have an
intuitive flash, how do you describe that? It’s very
difficult. Now consider that I go into channel and it’s I
literally go to another page, and I have a stream of intuition
that comes in, and I am then giving messages from, whatever
you want to say, an angelic realm or the other side of the
veil. I think that’s a little too spectacular. I think I’m
getting messages that have always been there from the
creative source, which is in all of us. I think I’m just going
into that place that all of us have, and that many people are
journaling today and then writing things down and finding
great wisdom in what they’re writing. That’s a form of
channeling. So that’s why, that’s how it feels. Jannecke Øinæs: Yeah, thank you
for sharing. Yeah. I’ve definitely noticed that more and
more people are popping up all over the place, starting to
channel, receiving messages, noticing synchronicities, and
people who were skeptic before are more curious today. So I can
really feel that something is going on just by watching people
around me. And I’m curious about you, Monica, because from what I
understand, you had a lot of resistance towards this, but it
was a divorce that made you open up to spirituality. Is that
correct? Monika Muranyi: That’s
absolutely correct. And we get into this belief of how our life
should be, how things should go. And then every now and then,
something will happen where you feel like the rug underneath you
has been pulled away, and the world as you knew it fell away.
For me, it was the end of my marriage. But for many others,
there’s other experiences where something happens that is so out
of the blue, of where you think your life is headed, and also
your future dreams and hopes are kind of pinned to this reality
that you are in, and when that reality changes all of a sudden,
there are questions that come to the surface that you don’t have
answers for, and so in that desire to seek answers for that
which we cannot explain, that actually is giving permission
for something to come to you that you didn’t know. So our
loving guides, our angels, spirit, whatever words and
vocabulary you have for this angelic realm that’s always
around you wants to help you, but you need to give permission.
As soon as you give permission. For Lee. It was a fleece to cry
on, cry on, if you’re there, show me that’s how his
experience happened for me, though, it was more about how,
how did my reality change overnight, and I wasn’t even
aware of it so that. Seeking. There was cookie crumbs that I
followed along the way, that eventually, when I decided to
follow these crumbs, many things happened. So for over 15 years,
I was a ranger in the national parks, and my my husband was in
the national park system as well. So I was very happy and
complete with this life that I had, but I was limited in
understanding a bigger truth that I’m now aware of. And back
then, I honest. This is honestly what I thought there were so
many environmental problems in my day to day job that I saw
that the root cause of it was humans and how humans were
treating the earth and all of the environmental issues,
pollution, deforestation, threatened species and the
extinction of threatened species because of our actions. So in my
naive belief, honestly, this is what I thought, we just have to
get rid of most of the people so that we can save the planet.
What a terrible thing to think but honestly, I was so
passionate about our beautiful earth and how she should be
flourished and cherished, and all the magical things that she
has should be preserved and protected and nurtured. But when
I followed those cookie crumbs to try and discover, for me, the
bigger reason as to why these things and my reality had
shifted and changed so much. It led me to move to New Zealand,
and in my first yoga class, someone gave me a Kryon book.
Now when I read it, I had so many tingles and sensations and
chills reading this book. But part of the resistance you spoke
of is that when you have a very strong logical mind that
operates in 3d and it’s your survival tool, as soon as you
start getting these uncomfortable sensations about
invisible energies. It’s very easy for your logical mind to
counter in with the chatter to tell you why this can’t exist,
why this can’t be real, why everyone else can feel energy
that you want to feel but you can’t, and so your logic is
telling me, Well, then it doesn’t exist, even though you
have this inkling that it does. So that was part of the
resistance, because of the logic and the intellect always wanting
to come in and try and reduce things that are multi
dimensional into a linear structure. For example, what is
love? Can you show me where love exists? And if you ask this from
your logic and intellect, it will give you. Love is just
chemical reactions. It’s this that the other it won’t actually
be able to describe something that is a felt perception
through your entire body, beyond what you can physically
describe. So once we get past that resistance to trying to
reduce things to a linear fashion, that’s where we can
really start having some breakthroughs and experiences
that are beyond three dimensional logic that can be
explained in a linear way. So obviously, the words of Kryon
and then following the messages opened me up to seeing things
from a different perspective, a different lens. And part of why
I loved kryons messages is because I came from that
background within the national parks, and Kryon started to
describe that the Earth had a sentience. It was connected to
humans and to humanity, and that it was a collaborating partner
with human consciousness that completely changed my
understanding of solving our environmental problems to get
rid of humans, that’s not the answer. The answer is awakening
humans to the remembrance of who they truly are, their authentic
true selves. Ourselves, and in that authentic, true self, you
have a partnership and a connection to the planet. You
are aligned with the earth. And when you go back and look at the
ancients and the indigenous ancestors and the harmony that
they lived in with the planet. This kind of gives us this
appreciation for how you can be in harmony and balance with the
Earth, harmony and balance with community and harmony and
balance within your own personal connection to yourself. So that,
for me, was what happened, what opened me up. And, of course,
the first book that I wrote with the Kryon material and asking
questions to Kryon was the Gaia effect, because I felt so
passionate about sharing. Oh, everyone should know this. I
mean, I feel everyone working in the environmental field. Should
know, hey, by the way, the earth that you’re working for and the
resources you’re wanting to manage is connected to you. I
think that would be a big game changer. And part of this great
shift that we are in is awakening to bigger truths that
we weren’t necessarily taught when we grew up in our cultures
and the environments that we come from, in all backgrounds.
Yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: beautiful, very
inspiring, and you’re pointing to something important, I feel
like the resistance and the perception, because I was
thinking today that, I mean, we’re living in a world that’s
in a crisis in many ways, and things are here heightening and
heating up, and we see so much polarity. And then I’m thinking
about just myself, how I’ve been working on changing my belief
systems about what’s possible for me manifest, you know,
beautiful life, and I had to look deeply at my beliefs. And
at first that was not easy, because they were so stuck,
because I was raised in a world that told me certain truths and
things that I believed in, like in Norway, we have something
called the Yom Telo that is sort of the opposite of what American
have was like, you know, take up space and show who you are. We
have the opposite, like, do not shine. Do Do not think you are
anything. Just be similar as everybody else that is ingrained
in our system and in the world. We have so many different belief
systems, and many of them go 1000s of years back. So when we
look at that, how hard it is for me to change my belief systems
and others, is that sort of the root of the issue that we see in
the world today, that we are so hung up on our beliefs, on how
we see the world, and what is sort of the solution to that.
And then I’m thinking, I mean, I know this is a long question,
but can we do it as humans alone, or do we need help from
the outside in order to shift this perception we collectively
have that is basically based on fear. Monika Muranyi: I love the
question. There is so much to go into it. I we think we could be
here for a week to explore all of these Lee Carroll: issues in question,
in my way, yes, if you wish to. The first of all, I’m I would
like to tell you your cultural beliefs, my cultural beliefs,
how we grew up and where we are. That’s not the issue. Yes, we
have many cultural beliefs, and they’re all over the planet, and
they’re sometimes diametrically opposed to one another. As far
as how you should act, what we have been told is that mastery
is the key. Love is the common denominator for all of it, and
it doesn’t really matter if you want to shine or not shine.
That’s really not the issue mastery. If you want to take a
look at what it is and how we act and how we work on it,
mastery does not react. It observes. That’s just one of the
four aspects of it, you can follow all the four aspects of
mastery no matter what culture you are, and it won’t change any
part of your culture. We are different, and we are not
supposed to be amalgamated. We are not supposed to the have one
culture. We can we can have all manner of beliefs about how we
act and what’s happening and all this is long as the key is going
to be a change of consciousness that makes all of us more
compassionate. So if I go to your country and you go to mine,
instead of us, perhaps laughing at each other because of the way
we act or what do we do? What’s important to us, there becomes a
whole different attitude of love and say, Isn’t this cool, that
they are doing this and that. And I love these people, and I
just, I just really love the way they are this and that I’ve been
all over the world, I’ve learned to do this, and it’s just, it’s
beautiful, and they’ve learned to do it with me, and it’s
beautiful. So we’re not supposed to change our cultures. We’re
supposed to change the dimensionality, I would say, of
our consciousness. It’s going to start moving toward a more
compassionate consciousness. It’s going to eventually land in
our leadership, eventually, not now. It’s another subject, and
you didn’t ask me for it, but we are in the middle of a battle.
The battle isn’t between cultural differences. The battle
is between a very old energy on the planet and the new energy
that’s coming in of compassion doesn’t really have much to do
with with our cultures as much as the way things used to be.
There’s a shift going on on the planet, and I’ll just get right
to it, if you don’t mind. And this shift is part of the answer
to your question. Gregg Braden wrote a book many years ago
called fractal time, and this book explained why time repeats
itself, and it does. It’s almost like the old energy of the
centuries doesn’t change. And so the control that leaders have
over us and the way they want it to work on the planet, and the
economies and the way they work and the way monies work and
banks work, it just doesn’t change. And so there are the
poor and the rich, and that doesn’t change. And you can see
how that’s been for hundreds and hundreds of years until now,
there has been a sighting on that track, you might say, that
goes around in a circle called time, and in repeating itself
and and history. And that track is a new one. You might say that
we got off the circle of time, repeating itself, and now we’re
on a new track we’ve never been on before. This was predicted by
the ancients. This is not something new. This is not a new
age kind of prediction. This is something that Kryon talked
about in his first book. This is something that the Mayan talked
about, the Hopi Indians in America talked about, we are
looking at something that was actually on target and
scheduled. It’s even in Scripture, in certain ways,
looking for the years of 2000 for the coming back of Christ,
and all of this was going to be absolute, massive consciousness
change, whether it was going to be the end of the world, whether
it was going to be World War Three, whether it was going to
be the rapture, or whether it was going to be a change of
consciousness that we are now right in the middle of. And that
means old energy and new energy are at odds. Now you’re looking
at the polarization. That’s why you’re looking at the wars that
are here. Those are the last gasp efforts of the old energy
to pull this planet in, back into darkness, and then the same
old, same old Cry has actually said, this may be a period of
time you look back on and say the last wars, because the
public, I would say, of the planet itself, now that we have
the internet, now that we have this kind of power to podcast,
and all will come to a point where it will demand peace. And
the things that you want for your children in your culture,
no matter what you are taught to act, are the same things we want
for ours. We want them to go to school. We want them to have
good, good lives. We want them to have love in their life. We
want to be able to eat. This is this is worldwide, anywhere you
go, any country you go. Now, if that’s what we all want, why are
we at odds? Then you get into belief systems, as you were
told. It really comes down to a belief system that starts to
move toward, not animosity toward each other, but
compassion toward each other. That’s where we’re going. The
light on this planet is actually winning, and it’s not being
reported this podcast, this this podcast is one little tiny chink
of that light that’s starting to show if you started listening
the podcast, one of the things you’re going to see right away
is they’re not being given by wise old people like me. They’re
being given by young people and people who are alive and
starting to awaken. That never happened in my generation. It
just didn’t that this is one of the things I can see.
Consciousness is changing, and it’s starting to push against
the old energy. And one of the chief old energies is the news.
What you watch on television worldwide is a is more of an
entertainment than journalists, and they’re they’re invested.
You buying things. That’s what they’re invested in, not not the
news. And so they will give the worst news possible. First
they’ll get you fearful, so you’ll continue watching. And
then they’ll show products. This is the old, old energy. So the
first thing I tell people is, don’t watch the news. Get it
written by real journalists who are not that it’s not scored
with music and has ads in it, those kinds of things, and
you’re more likely to have a better snapshot of what’s
happening on the world. But still, they’re not reporting
what you are doing if you if you look at it, they’re not
reporting the results of your program and the people who are
changed by your program and hundreds of others like your
program. So this is what’s going on, a little bit on the earth.
We’re in a battle now, and we’re feeling it, and we’re seeing it. Jannecke Øinæs: Hey guys, I want
to jump in here to give my thanks for being part of the

because I wasn’t thinking that much of cultural differences.
More than that, I’ve learned that we have a negative bias,
like as humans, and I’ve heard you speak about that our DNA is
changing so, so we’re opening up to our multi dimensionality. And
what I’m curious about is, then, are we then receiving help in
order to switch this negative bias, like on a global scale, to
a positive bias, because I can hear my mind is chattering away
with negative stuff. And then you, if you amplify that, well,
then we see the control and the wars and people who are hurting
others, you know, to a big degree, if you go over to the
other poll. So to say so, being a human, I feel like human is in
conflict in itself, and I think we’re seeing that also on the
outside, and that’s why we’re doing spiritual work right, to
try to be the best version of ourselves and to become more who
we are and come to that inner peace. But it’s a long journey,
so I’m thinking, Are we receiving help, like
energetically? Yes, Monika Muranyi: I would love to
answer that. Lee Carroll: The answer is yes,
yes. Monika Muranyi: I love this
question, and you began with talking about is the DNA
changing. And I want to say that we’ve always had the DNA within
humanity that has been unchanged for at least 200,000 years. But
this is where I want to talk about the amazing thing that
science has begun to see that Kryon has always talked about.
Now this may challenge some belief systems that those
watching this have about our creation story. So let me
present it to you in a way that you can follow along. Kryon has
said that the divine humans on our planet were seeded by those
from the stars, and gives the name the Pleiades, the
Pleiadians, when it was appropriate, they came to our
planet 200,000 years ago to create the type of humans on the
earth that have the spark of God inside now, when you follow the
creation stories of the indigenous and from my country,
I live in Australia, well, I live in the US now with leave It
my home country was Australia, and they have the anunnu who
live right in the middle of our country at a place called Uluru,
this beautiful, monolithic Red Rock. And it’s very sacred to
them. And their creation story is that from the Seven Sisters,
they even have a 3000 mile long song line through the desert
that tells the creation story of the Seven Sisters, and it came
from the Pleiades, the cluster of stars. When you go to Hawaii,
the ancient Hawaiians also talk about. The Seven Sisters and the
Pleiades. When you go to New Zealand, Aotearoa, they also
have a creation story of the Seven Sisters. If you go to all
of the Native American tribes within America, they also have
the story of the Seven Sisters. Now, none of these indigenous
tribes knew each other, they are geographically separated, and
yet they have this commonality of the creation stories. Then
the interesting thing I discovered when I was visiting a
Hindu monastery on Kauai is that there was a gentleman there who
channeled a book, and within that book, he also said that we
came from the Pleiades. So now you have one of the oldest
religious belief systems on the planet also saying that we come
from the creation stories. Let’s turn the page and have a look at
what science has observed. 200,000 years ago, there was
something that took place within the chromosomes of humans, where
we went to a 23 pair chromosome human, and what they’re noticing
is that chromosome number two has an ancient relic of a
telomere to telomere fusion with precision and accurate accuracy
that took place 200,000 years ago. Why is that significant?
Well, chromosomes have telomeres on the ends of them. So to have
a chromosome where telomeres had been fused together in the
middle suggests that something took place and two chromosomes
with similar features overlapped and fused together, and the
significance of this created a enlarged brain, the ability for
memory, learning, empathy and compassion that did not exist
prior to this time. So this has been observed in science, and
you can read about it by a book from Greg Braden, and it’s
called human by design. That was the original publication. When
they did a reprint, they changed the title to the science of self
empowerment, but it’s still that same information of peer
reviewed science noticing something took place 200,000
years ago with intention and precision, which suggests we did
not evolve from here. That was the suggestion. Now they’re not
able to say what it was that happened, but this is where,
when we turn to the indigenous and the Hindu and what Cryan has
said that something was that we were visited by those from the
stars. Now, not only has Kryon said that we received that from
our star family, we actually have a 24th chromosome pair, but
it is multi dimensional and not viewable by the current
instruments we have to measure and observe. Now I say current
because crane has also made a prediction that in the future,
when we receive the quantum lens, we will be able to see and
detect multi dimensional fields within humans, and this will
completely change our belief systems in the same way when
Galileo looked and observed that we actually are in a solar
system where we all move and rotate around the sun, not the
other way around. Can you imagine what that did when you
had that scientific observation, how it totally changed almost
overnight, the thinking of how we operated and existed in the
universe. I mean, it was so controversial. Galileo was under
house arrest. How dare he try and upset the school of thought
and the philosophy and the doctrines of the day with this
observation. So again, this 24th chromosome pair, multi
dimensional from the stars, is within us. Now, we mentioned
earlier that there’s a great awakening, a great shift
happening. And we talked about remembering your own divinity.
This is the mechanism within us that allows for us to receive
this information. And the beautiful thing about what is
happening right now, if you think of. This kind of 24th
chromosome that it’s been somewhat dormant. It’s been
primed and ready to awaken. It has little antenna on it that is
wanting to receive broadcasts and transmissions, and it is why
you are designed for receiving multi dimensional information,
and it’s coming from Time Capsules within guy. We talked
about guy being a partnership. And the Seven Sisters, the
Pleiadians, those from the stars 200,000 years ago, when they
came they imbued into the earth these portals of energy that
would stay dormant until humanity decided that it wanted
to move onto A path of ascension, graduation status.
This is that collective Do you want to move into the energy
that you have set up for yourself that was the trigger
for the shift to begin and that we would receive help in
enacting our decision as a collective to move through that
test of consciousness that yes, we do want to evolve into our
ascended selves and choose that path. So we have help coming
from these portals of information, light and energy
being broadcast onto the grids of the earth. And what does that
contain? It contains, probably the inventions for the next 4000
years to come. It’s all laying there in this soup of energy
waiting for humanity to receive that intuitive information and
then go and create and develop all of the solutions to give us
all of the resources that we need in a very elegant way. What
we are waiting for is to have all of humanity
recognize that the idea of killing any other human is not
even conscionable Once we stop that idea of wanting to conquer
and grab and use other resources, once we move past
this barbaric era which, as Lee said, We’re facing those last
gasp efforts of an old energy when we no longer want to
weaponize any inventions, that is the moment we are going to
have a blossoming of inventions that will help steer us into
areas Where we are able to have resources without depleting
those from the earth. We will be in partnership with Gaia, and we
will have, as Lee said, that mastery that’s inside of us,
that compassion, the tolerance, the kindness a society where we
think of our collective what can we do? How can we serve? How can
we create? How can we weave together a dream of creation and
imagination and inspiration for all of us? So, yes, we have so
much help coming to us. I haven’t even talked about the
solar system yet, because we also have, you know, the solar
flares that come these are energetic upgrades that we are
receiving, there is so much help now, what do can we do to
receive this help? Your intent? Your intent is the key. The
energy of allowance and permission will grant these
things to you which are wanting to come to you. So yes, there is
more hope than ever before. The shift is happening. We are
awakening. It’s the reason we have this beautiful podcast with
you, and that we’re even having this conversation today, and I
would be just love to hear all of the awakening stories of
everyone in your audience that has come to these because each
one of us has this incredible, treasured journey of what
cracked US Open to look at things we maybe not have looked
at when we were younger. Jannecke Øinæs: Yeah, that story
that really resonates with me as well, and I’ve heard it before
that actually, we are so connected to the play agents.
Yes, Lee, Lee Carroll: I was going to say
you mentioned that there’s this dark and light side in all of
us. And there truly is, in the name of that, is duality, and
we’ve all had it and it, it is something we this is the proof
of what Monica is saying. People are starting. To change and
understand how to temper that, how to move out of that, that
fight that we have inside of all of us. One of the best things
that I had ever heard and that I now do is that you you, you
can’t have fear at the same time you’re giving gratitude. And one
of the things that people are starting to do now, and you get
up in the morning, this is when it starts racing through your
mind, what’s what’s wrong today? What’s going to happen today? Is
it going to turn out all right? And what’s wrong with everything
else around me? And and then you get into expectations and
perceptions of negativity, and the duality starts to kick in,
and that’s what you’re talking about. So this thing that I do,
and many people do, is I put my feet on the floor in the morning
and I say, I have at least three things I am grateful for, and
I’m going to list them, and I’m going to thank spirit there in
my life, my health, my partner, or whatever, all of the good
stuff that’s there. And it starts to change your attitude
immediately. Anytime I get into a situation where there might be
fear or there, there could be disappointment, I go to that
place, and this is us working with us. This is also you’d say,
well, I’ve heard about this for years, and this is like the self
help we have help now. What happens to me is I feel I’m
uplifted as soon as I start doing that. I never felt that
before. I didn’t feel that 10 years ago. There is a
dimensional shift that actually supports a benevolent
consciousness that we’re starting to see, and that is why
so many people who would watch your podcast are interested, are
maybe even interested enough to be curious if this is accurate
or true, whereas perhaps they wouldn’t have been a few years
ago. That’s proof, I think, of the help we’re getting when we
actually feel better, when we start practicing these kinds of
things. Is there love in there? Yes, there is, is there a way
for me to be less negative? Yes, there is, is there a way for me
not to complain as much or worry as much? Yes, there is. And this
is why people are starting to pay attention to you, to others
who have solutions, many guests, but I’ll tell you, if you want
to synopsize, what many of your guests are all saying, there’s a
shift going on. Love is the answer. Compassion is starting
to appear, and there is help. Jannecke Øinæs: Yeah, I so
agree. And gratitude practice works like magic, because I just
feel like I get more to be grateful for, and I think it’s
something we need to unlearn, just basically unlearn a lot of
what we learned, and then train ourselves like train our minds
to see the possibilities and lean into faith, because that is
not something we will learn. We will learn through fear and
protecting ourselves. And that is also a mechanism that I think
is trying to protect us and keeping me alive, but it’s like
overactive and I think the more people who are doing that work,
it will have the ripple effects of, you know, the collective
consciousness, Lee Carroll: yes, yeah, there is
this as well. You mentioned. It is a change of perception. What
were we told and what is actually available? The way we
work in school is we go through layers of school. We learn
certain things. We graduate. Suddenly, along comes spiritual
helpers. In the past, you go through this course, and you go
through that course and you learn this or that, you’re going
to have a better spiritual experience. It’s called self
help. This is what we do. It’s a Larry. It’s a very linear stair
step approach. No one in my spiritual life ever said, Did
you know there’s an angelic realm? I’ve met them. There is
an angelic realm standing next to you, representing your
beautiful, magnificent soul. And they all have their hand out,
and they say, why don’t you ever ask us to help you? I realized
long ago that I can simply drop in my heart and say the obvious,
dear spirit, I’m having trouble with this today. Help me through
this. One. Be my love today, change my mind i and then you,
like you, took the hand of a grateful Angel, beautiful, and
said, it was about time you did that, and you feel uplifted and
helped. We’re never really taught. We can go to source at
every hour, every minute, and get help instead of asking, what
course do I take? What stairs do I climb? And you know, what is
the process I need to do where it’s just there? It’s there all
the time. Jannecke Øinæs: Yeah, you’re so
right. Oh gosh, time is flying. And I wanted to ask maybe if
Cryan had a message for our audience today, it would be so
lovely to hear from them. Monika Muranyi: Beautiful. I
love that you said them, because Kryon has always said, I’m a
collective I’m not masculine or feminine. There is no gender on
the other side of the veil. Often we call crying a hymn
because we hear it through Lee’s voice. But Kryon has this
beautiful, divine, feminine, divine masculine energy. If
you’ve never heard a cryon channel before know that Kryon
is already aware who is listening. Kryon is aware of
this collective and the message delivered is for all of us, and
the best way to receive this message now is to make yourself
completely comfortable, free yourself from any distractions
so that you can really be present with the information
from crying who also communicates with what is
described as the third language. That third language is the
energy of love. So let’s just all be in a place of
receptivity. I encourage you to open your heart, just relax.
There’s nothing to do, just simply sit and be loved. Lee Carroll: Greetings, dear
ones, I’m Kryon of Magnetic Service. Indeed, I know who’s
here. I know who’s watching at any time, whether it’s now or
another now. And all that to say is this, are you aware the
spirit, the creator, the angelic realm, whatever you call God
knows your name in such a beautiful, magnificent way.
Every single one of you is loved dearly. Every single one of you
is starting to have an opportunity to take the hand,
you might say, of that which you would call your higher self, or
your soul, not another entity, not some saint somewhere, not
some name in Scripture, but you, you have an eternal soul that is
absolutely gorgeous, beautiful, and this is the main help that
is starting to appear personally for you to get out of the fear,
the grief, the sadness that perhaps some of you are feeling
right now, for yourselves, for your family, for humanity, your
soul features love and compassion and beauty. Your soul
is set up for this time, this shift, to meet you, perhaps in a
way that you never thought you could or were told was even
possible. This soul of yours, that’s the one that we say to
you is always there. You might even sit sometime and say that,
are you there? Show me you might call in. I need more love in my
life. I need to to stop feeling afraid. And that soul of yours
will say, I’m here for that. And that’s why this particular shift
features something else. Truly, there is a dimensional shift
happening now. What does that have to do with anything? It’s
something that we really haven’t taught much about, and we will
the dimensions that you call your reality. There are so many
of them, and you live in such a few and as the dimensionality of
your reality starts to move into more dimensions, consciousness
expands. The ability to grab a hold of things you never had
before by your intent is there. Imagine grabbing a hold of peace
when you never had it before. Or how about this? You stop
worrying about things, and instead, you have a whole
different idea as you look around, instead of fearing that
thing that you see on the news, you say, what can I do to make
it better? Maybe I’ll send compassion to those involved,
all of them, both sides. How many of you are polarized
politically? How many of you have the courage to say, I want
to look at both sides and send love to them, all of them,
because they both need it so they’ll be less polarized.
That’s mastery. That’s what you’re starting to love. Learn
that’s what the important thing is of life. You are not a victim
of the planet. You’re on purpose. You belong here. Most
of you listening right now are old souls having gone through
the school of lifetimes to get to this place where you can
recognize truth, and you can recognize things that are beyond
what you were told. We’ll call it a grander truth of who or
what is that which is the creator, lover of your soul. I’m
crying in love with you, and so it is. Jannecke Øinæs: Wow. Thank you
so much. That was powerful. I’ve also come to understand the
power of intention, how important that is, because when
I set an intention and it just seems like it’s steering my
focus towards something, and that’s where I’m going, and that
the universe is listening to what intent I have, and that
when I don’t have an intention, I can sort of end up anywhere.
Could you speak a little bit about that, how we could
actually practice intention setting. Monika Muranyi: I can’t talk
about intention setting without mentioning a beautiful woman
that Lee and I both know. Her name is Lynn McTaggart, and she
discovered the power of intention in a way that she can
also measure, and she has created this program where you
can join and participate and be part of her power of eight
intention groups. There is something magical that unfolds
when you are having a group intention for an outcome. So, as
you said, when you set an intention, you kind of get
pulled into that. And it’s like a laser beam focus that aligns
everything that we have within our field of potential around us
that’s working towards us. And there’s tips and tools that Lynn
will give towards how we can create intention, but the way
that Lee and I have learnt from Kryon is that often the best
intention we can have is to really communicate with spirit.
With dear spirit. Tell me what I need to know, show me what I
need to see, steer my life to the direction it needs to be
dear spirit, bring me benevolence. And when we get
into that state of intention, one of the keys we teach with
intention and affirmations is to also have the energy of
allowance. For when we have the energy of allowance, it allows
this or something better to emerge, because often we can
limit ourselves with our intention, where we have this
intention, that I intend to have a new car, and it has to be this
particular way, but if we intend to have I intend to have a
vehicle of transport that serves my highest good in the most
magnificent way, then you’re open to other possibilities that
are outside of what you limit yourself in. So intention is
everything, but having the energy of allowance that goes
with it opens you up to even more. And Lee, I want to throw
it to you if there’s other things you wish to add, because
I know you always have some really good Lee Carroll: there, truly is.
Because what she said is she felt, I love this. You feel that
what you intend actually said, the universe may be listening,
and that’s the direction you go. And when you don’t intend, you
feel that you’re kind of without a rudder that is so powerful,
because that’s exactly what’s happening, and I could explain
the minutia of it, and I don’t want to, because Kryon has
actually talked about how it works. Picture this, just for a
moment. Your consciousness now has been proven by many
experiments, and Lynn talks about this. Lynn ratagard as
energy. Consciousness is not mamby pamby stuff. It floats
right. It’s energy. Someday we’ll be able to measure it with
the tools that we’ll have. But now we understand consciousness
is energy, therefore you can manifest with it. And here’s how
it works, you cannot create your future. Grind has said over and
over, and many have said, you have free choice. You’re. Future
is based upon whatever happens on the planet where you are, but
you can, you can plan a situation for your life so you
don’t step in the potholes. There’s a difference. So it’s
almost like others are going forward in their life, and it’s
they’re in the dark and they’re going to step in a pothole.
Intent is the spotlight, and so the intent turns on the light so
you can see left or right. I will not step in that pothole.
I’ll not read the wrong person. I’ll go here, this person over
there. Oh, I’m interested in that. My intuition says I had to
meet that person. They have some Do you see how this works?
You’re not controlling your future. It’s just that you turn
the lights on and now you can see where you’re stepping. This
is the best metaphor I can give for how you are feeling. And
that is correct when you give intent for things. And we do we
this is what Monica constantly doing. This is we are tending
for certain kinds of things that we want in our life. And I will
tell you that it’s almost like we drew them on a piece of paper
and they’re there, and they happen, and we cross them off
onto the next one. This really works. We have a course in in
intuition as well, because it’s now becoming more powerful with
all of this dimensional shift, with all this thing, the things
that we are working on it, there is more empowerment for
individual, people like you and I than it’s ever been before. Jannecke Øinæs: And I think you
did mention it, but I have to ask at the end of the episode.
Now, you said there was a battle going on, but is the light
winning? Lee Carroll: It is, and you can
see it so many if you go back to either attitudes, the things
that people are doing now that they never did before, how we
think about each other just over the last 2030, years. But if you
go back a couple of 100 years, it’s really obvious that
consciousness is evolving. But now it really is we’re beginning
to see things we never saw before. I mean, when, when the
last Pope came in, for instance, and the former one didn’t even
die for him to come in, one of the first things he did was to
say, I’m going to eliminate this thing that has been abuse of
children in the church. It’s one of the worst things that you’ve
ever seen. How many centuries did it take for that to happen?
Bingo that happened at the same time. You see all of these
things, the me too, movement, the my grandfather said, You’ll
never change how men treat women and how that women never go
anywhere, because that’s just the way of it. He said. He said,
I’ve seen it for all my life, and my grandfather saw it in his
life. And bingo that changed. Movie stars are getting called
on it. They’re going to jail for what normally people did. This
is our society, the core of it that is starting to change.
There’s many things like that, over and over and over that are
small, but you can see this is an evolution of consciousness to
something that is we respect each other, we’re kinder to each
other. That has not followed yet into politics. It’s not that’s
the last thing, the last bastion, I think you’ll see they
still yell at each other, call each other names, and it’s
divine and separate people. It’s coming. Something is coming.
It’s going to change that. When you see what it could be with
somebody who’s coming along in some country, and you’ll go,
wow, I never knew they could do that. It’s time. And individuals
are the heroes of our time. We can point to them in every one
of our countries that that we respect, that’s coming as well.
It can’t be too soon for me when we’re in the midst of some
horror right here on the planet. This too will pass. Monika Muranyi: And one of the
things that Kryon has said, when you have the physics of
consciousness has energy, and there are formulas, and there
are things where, when you know that they’re going to happen,
it’s because the potentials have set up, and crimes often given
an example of the Snowball is coming down the hill, and what
that means, and particularly, you’ll love this, because you’re
in Norway, and you have a lot of snow, and you’ve obviously seen
when a big snowball comes down The slope, there’s a tipping
point. Okay, so when that snowball tips and gravity takes
over, you can’t stop the Snowball from coming down the
hill. And if you say this snowball is going to hit that
tree, you’re not giving a prediction. You’re seeing the
alignment of all the potentials of what’s already underway. So
it’s going to hit that unless something happens in the
meantime, where the tree gets chopped down or something like
that. But again, this is a metaphor to understand the
perspective from what Kryon sees and Spirit sees and reports back
to us. So when crying gives that for. Craves light is winning.
Crying is saying that the snowball that holds that tipping
point of light winning on the planet, it’s moved past that
tipping point, and it’s on the way. So you can’t stop it, no
matter what you do, and what we’re seeing is, again, that
last gasp, but it’s not going to stop the Snowball from coming,
because it’s too late, that snowball of light has been
released. What Kryon says is that we are in control of the
timing of it. So when we get into the fear of what’s
happening and all of the things that go around that look like
light is not winning, all that’s doing is delaying what’s
inevitable. So the best thing we can do to speed up the timing of
the light. Winning is to claim that truth already and shine
that truth. The more of us can hold that vibration and shift
it. We actively speed up the delivery of light. There is a
delivery of light on the planet, coming from everywhere and
coming from within the Pleiadian portals within the earth, coming
from our solar system, coming from podcasts like you, coming
from individuals who are awakening to a bigger truth and
knowing that we are divine inside that is our existence,
and we are stepping more and more into the light. So the
light is winning. We are in control of the timing of it. And
anyone that thinks all these skirmishes and last gasps of the
old energy are going to stop the light, they don’t have a chance.
They can no more stop the light from coming than a sand castle
on the beach can stop the incoming tide coming over it. So
just imagine there is this wave of light coming onto your Beach
Shores, and you have all these frantic attempts of building a
sand wall to stop that ocean, to stop that light from ring
doesn’t have a chance, that wave of light is going to roll over
like the sand castle and just smoosh it all into the existing
particles of sand, and come back, and I want all of you to
leave with that knowing light is winning. Jannecke Øinæs: Oh, that was a
beautiful way to wrap up this episode, and it just just felt
it in my heart, all the hope and inspiration and the beautiful
tools that you gave us today that we can take with us and be
part of this, this shift and helping the light win, even
though it’s inevitable. Now, I have a few questions that I ask
all my guests, and I’ll start with you firstly, and then you
can answer. Monica So Lee, what is self love? To you? Lee Carroll: Self love? The word
self love. It’s the ability to see the soul in you that loves
you dearly and love it back. Loving yourself is not an
egotistic thing. It is a mastery thing. It is you being
comfortable with you Jannecke Øinæs: and what about
you? Monica, Monika Muranyi: I think self
love is our authentic state. It’s who we are, and we just
have to peel the layers of the onion that obfuscate that which
we already have. Does the soul ask? Do I love myself? No, it
just emanates the energy of love. It is love, and so that is
who we are, that is the self love, and we are simply removing
all the layers like dust that cover up who we truly are once
it’s exposed, it’s doesn’t even have to question, do I love
myself? It simply is the love that it already was Jannecke Øinæs: powerful. And
back to you, Monica, what is the deeper meaning of life from your
perspective? Monika Muranyi: I Hm, that’s an
interesting question. I think the deeper meaning of life is
knowing that we are an eternal soul with no beginning and no
end. It is a statement that’s incredibly difficult for the
logical mind to understand, but the life we have when we go to
that end of life. If we don’t stop, we continue, and we are
here having a beautiful human experience and changing the
fabric of the universe in the process. Jannecke Øinæs: And how about
you, Lee, what do you think? What is the deeper meaning of
life? From your perception? Lee Carroll: Blank and I work
together in this constantly, and her answer is the right answer,
and it is to go further. Much is, is the deeper meaning of
life is when you sit there and realize I’m an eternal soul,
there’s so much more to me. And what does this mean to me now?
And what can I do that’s different from, you know, the
chores of the day, or the phone calls I have to make, or the
appointments, the deeper meaning becomes, why am I here? And that

Okay, so how are you channeling or how are you receiving the
knowledge and the wisdom from
371.04 crying? Is it something you are
hearing? Are you seeing them? Are you feeling it? Just to
understand how this
379.14 communication is going on? Lee Carroll: Thank you. It’s a
great question, because the
384.62 people who don’t know
channeling, first of all, 36 years ago, it was, it was seen
as well. The boy has diverted to
393.44 the devil. Now he’s doing these
kinds of things. And this was like all of that today. It is
not in fact, channeling is
399.92 something that many people are
doing very well accepted. Some are doing it simply on paper,
and the answer to your question
406.84 is not heard, it’s not seen.
It’s almost like a very strong stream of intuition. How do you
know things? I mean, when you
415.9 when you sit and you have an
intuitive flash, how do you describe that? It’s very
difficult. Now consider that I
422.88 go into channel and it’s I
literally go to another page, and I have a stream of intuition
that comes in, and I am then
431.76 giving messages from, whatever
you want to say, an angelic realm or the other side of the
veil. I think that’s a little
437.94 too spectacular. I think I’m
getting messages that have always been there from the
creative source, which is in all
444.5 of us. I think I’m just going
into that place that all of us have, and that many people are
journaling today and then
451.64 writing things down and finding
great wisdom in what they’re writing. That’s a form of
channeling. So that’s why,

for sharing. Yeah. I’ve definitely noticed that more and
more people are popping up all
464.14 over the place, starting to
channel, receiving messages, noticing synchronicities, and
people who were skeptic before
471.88 are more curious today. So I can
really feel that something is going on just by watching people
around me. And I’m curious about
481.08 you, Monica, because from what I
understand, you had a lot of resistance towards this, but it
was a divorce that made you open
490.32 up to spirituality. Is that
correct? Monika Muranyi: That’s
absolutely correct. And we get
496.62 into this belief of how our life
should be, how things should go.
504.02 And then every now and then,
something will happen where you feel like the rug underneath you
has been pulled away, and the
512.3 world as you knew it fell away.
For me, it was the end of my
517.7 marriage. But for many others,
there’s other experiences where
522.94 something happens that is so out
of the blue, of where you think
528.94 your life is headed, and also
your future dreams and hopes are kind of pinned to this reality
that you are in, and when that
538.6 reality changes all of a sudden,
there are questions that come to
545.16 the surface that you don’t have
answers for, and so in that
550.44 desire to seek answers for that
which we cannot explain, that
557.52 actually is giving permission
for something to come to you that you didn’t know. So our
loving guides, our angels,

vocabulary you have for this angelic realm that’s always
around you wants to help you,

As soon as you give permission. For Lee. It was a fleece to cry
on, cry on, if you’re there,

experience happened for me, though, it was more about how,
how did my reality change
595.96 overnight, and I wasn’t even
aware of it so that. Seeking.

followed along the way, that eventually, when I decided to
follow these crumbs, many things
612.48 happened. So for over 15 years,
I was a ranger in the national
617.7 parks, and my my husband was in
the national park system as well. So I was very happy and
complete with this life that I
626.6 had, but I was limited in
understanding a bigger truth
631.76 that I’m now aware of. And back
then, I honest. This is honestly
637.4 what I thought there were so
many environmental problems in
642.58 my day to day job that I saw
that the root cause of it was
647.8 humans and how humans were
treating the earth and all of the environmental issues,
pollution, deforestation,
656.92 threatened species and the
extinction of threatened species because of our actions. So in my
naive belief, honestly, this is
666.6 what I thought, we just have to
get rid of most of the people so that we can save the planet.
What a terrible thing to think
676.14 but honestly, I was so
passionate about our beautiful earth and how she should be
flourished and cherished, and
686.3 all the magical things that she
has should be preserved and protected and nurtured. But when
I followed those cookie crumbs
696.08 to try and discover, for me, the
bigger reason as to why these
702.82 things and my reality had
shifted and changed so much. It led me to move to New Zealand,
and in my first yoga class,
711.76 someone gave me a Kryon book.
Now when I read it, I had so
716.98 many tingles and sensations and
chills reading this book. But
723.6 part of the resistance you spoke
of is that when you have a very
729.66 strong logical mind that
operates in 3d and it’s your
735.66 survival tool, as soon as you
start getting these uncomfortable sensations about
invisible energies. It’s very
746.9 easy for your logical mind to
counter in with the chatter to tell you why this can’t exist,
why this can’t be real, why
757.28 everyone else can feel energy
that you want to feel but you can’t, and so your logic is
telling me, Well, then it
763.54 doesn’t exist, even though you
have this inkling that it does.

resistance, because of the logic and the intellect always wanting
to come in and try and reduce

dimensional into a linear structure. For example, what is
love? Can you show me where love

your logic and intellect, it will give you. Love is just
chemical reactions. It’s this

be able to describe something

describe. So once we get past that resistance to trying to
reduce things to a linear
819.32 fashion, that’s where we can
really start having some breakthroughs and experiences
that are beyond three

explained in a linear way. So

and then following the messages
839.68 opened me up to seeing things
from a different perspective, a different lens. And part of why
I loved kryons messages is

background within the national parks, and Kryon started to
describe that the Earth had a
860.42 sentience. It was connected to
humans and to humanity, and that
870.08 it was a collaborating partner
with human consciousness that
877.46 completely changed my
understanding of solving our
885.072 environmental problems to get
rid of humans, that’s not the answer. The answer is awakening
humans to the remembrance of who

true selves. Ourselves, and in that authentic, true self, you
have a partnership and a

are aligned with the earth. And

ancients and the indigenous ancestors and the harmony that
they lived in with the planet.

appreciation for how you can be

Earth, harmony and balance with

balance within your own personal

for me, was what happened, what opened me up. And, of course,
the first book that I wrote with

questions to Kryon was the Gaia effect, because I felt so
passionate about sharing. Oh,

mean, I feel everyone working in the environmental field. Should
know, hey, by the way, the earth
966.18 that you’re working for and the
resources you’re wanting to manage is connected to you. I
think that would be a big game
973.44 changer. And part of this great
shift that we are in is awakening to bigger truths that
we weren’t necessarily taught
983.24 when we grew up in our cultures
and the environments that we
988.46 come from, in all backgrounds.
Yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: beautiful, very
inspiring, and you’re pointing
995.06 to something important, I feel
like the resistance and the perception, because I was
thinking today that, I mean,
1004.86 we’re living in a world that’s
in a crisis in many ways, and things are here heightening and
heating up, and we see so much
1013.92 polarity. And then I’m thinking
about just myself, how I’ve been working on changing my belief
systems about what’s possible
1022.88 for me manifest, you know,
beautiful life, and I had to look deeply at my beliefs. And
at first that was not easy,
1031.7 because they were so stuck,
because I was raised in a world that told me certain truths and
things that I believed in, like
1039.62 in Norway, we have something
called the Yom Telo that is sort of the opposite of what American
have was like, you know, take up
1047.14 space and show who you are. We
have the opposite, like, do not shine. Do Do not think you are
anything. Just be similar as
1055.42 everybody else that is ingrained
in our system and in the world. We have so many different belief
systems, and many of them go
1064.08 1000s of years back. So when we
look at that, how hard it is for
1070.32 me to change my belief systems
and others, is that sort of the root of the issue that we see in
the world today, that we are so
1079.38 hung up on our beliefs, on how
we see the world, and what is sort of the solution to that.
And then I’m thinking, I mean, I
1087.8 know this is a long question,
but can we do it as humans alone, or do we need help from
the outside in order to shift
1096.5 this perception we collectively
have that is basically based on fear.
1103.96 Monika Muranyi: I love the
question. There is so much to go into it. I we think we could be
here for a week to explore all
1113.32 of these Lee Carroll: issues in question,
in my way, yes, if you wish to.
1118.6 The first of all, I’m I would
like to tell you your cultural
1124.62 beliefs, my cultural beliefs,
how we grew up and where we are. That’s not the issue. Yes, we
have many cultural beliefs, and
1133.08 they’re all over the planet, and
they’re sometimes diametrically opposed to one another. As far
as how you should act, what we
1139.26 have been told is that mastery
is the key. Love is the common denominator for all of it, and
it doesn’t really matter if you
1147.02 want to shine or not shine.
That’s really not the issue mastery. If you want to take a
look at what it is and how we
1154.46 act and how we work on it,
mastery does not react. It observes. That’s just one of the
four aspects of it, you can
1162.46 follow all the four aspects of
mastery no matter what culture you are, and it won’t change any
part of your culture. We are
1170.98 different, and we are not
supposed to be amalgamated. We are not supposed to the have one
culture. We can we can have all
1179.86 manner of beliefs about how we
act and what’s happening and all this is long as the key is going
to be a change of consciousness
1188.7 that makes all of us more
compassionate. So if I go to your country and you go to mine,
instead of us, perhaps laughing
1197.52 at each other because of the way
we act or what do we do? What’s important to us, there becomes a
whole different attitude of love
1204.26 and say, Isn’t this cool, that
they are doing this and that. And I love these people, and I
just, I just really love the way
1211.22 they are this and that I’ve been
all over the world, I’ve learned to do this, and it’s just, it’s
beautiful, and they’ve learned
1218.12 to do it with me, and it’s
beautiful. So we’re not supposed to change our cultures. We’re
supposed to change the
1224.5 dimensionality, I would say, of
our consciousness. It’s going to start moving toward a more
compassionate consciousness.
1234.16 It’s going to eventually land in
our leadership, eventually, not
1239.98 now. It’s another subject, and
you didn’t ask me for it, but we are in the middle of a battle.
The battle isn’t between
1246.06 cultural differences. The battle
is between a very old energy on the planet and the new energy
that’s coming in of compassion
1253.92 doesn’t really have much to do
with with our cultures as much as the way things used to be.
There’s a shift going on on the
1262.52 planet, and I’ll just get right
to it, if you don’t mind. And this shift is part of the answer
to your question. Gregg Braden
1270.14 wrote a book many years ago
called fractal time, and this book explained why time repeats
itself, and it does. It’s almost
1278.54 like the old energy of the
centuries doesn’t change. And so
1283.6 the control that leaders have
over us and the way they want it to work on the planet, and the
economies and the way they work
1290.26 and the way monies work and
banks work, it just doesn’t change. And so there are the
poor and the rich, and that
1296.32 doesn’t change. And you can see
how that’s been for hundreds and hundreds of years until now,
there has been a sighting on
1304.44 that track, you might say, that
goes around in a circle called time, and in repeating itself
and and history. And that track
1312.06 is a new one. You might say that
we got off the circle of time, repeating itself, and now we’re
on a new track we’ve never been
1319.74 on before. This was predicted by
the ancients. This is not
1324.98 something new. This is not a new
age kind of prediction. This is
1330.56 something that Kryon talked
about in his first book. This is something that the Mayan talked
about, the Hopi Indians in
1337.88 America talked about, we are
looking at something that was actually on target and
scheduled. It’s even in
1344.98 Scripture, in certain ways,
looking for the years of 2000 for the coming back of Christ,
and all of this was going to be
1352.48 absolute, massive consciousness
change, whether it was going to be the end of the world, whether
it was going to be World War
1357.88 Three, whether it was going to
be the rapture, or whether it was going to be a change of
consciousness that we are now
1363.72 right in the middle of. And that
means old energy and new energy are at odds. Now you’re looking
at the polarization. That’s why
1372.48 you’re looking at the wars that
are here. Those are the last gasp efforts of the old energy
to pull this planet in, back
1381.62 into darkness, and then the same
old, same old Cry has actually said, this may be a period of
time you look back on and say
1390.14 the last wars, because the
public, I would say, of the planet itself, now that we have
the internet, now that we have
1398.54 this kind of power to podcast,
and all will come to a point where it will demand peace. And
the things that you want for
1407.26 your children in your culture,
no matter what you are taught to act, are the same things we want
for ours. We want them to go to
1415.6 school. We want them to have
good, good lives. We want them to have love in their life. We
want to be able to eat. This is
1422.4 this is worldwide, anywhere you
go, any country you go. Now, if that’s what we all want, why are
we at odds? Then you get into
1432.12 belief systems, as you were
told. It really comes down to a belief system that starts to
move toward, not animosity
1442.76 toward each other, but
compassion toward each other. That’s where we’re going. The
light on this planet is actually
1450.02 winning, and it’s not being
reported this podcast, this this podcast is one little tiny chink
of that light that’s starting to
1459.2 show if you started listening
the podcast, one of the things you’re going to see right away
is they’re not being given by
1466.78 wise old people like me. They’re
being given by young people and
1472.84 people who are alive and
starting to awaken. That never happened in my generation. It
just didn’t that this is one of
1481.92 the things I can see.
Consciousness is changing, and it’s starting to push against
the old energy. And one of the
1487.74 chief old energies is the news.
What you watch on television
1493.02 worldwide is a is more of an
entertainment than journalists,
1498.18 and they’re they’re invested.
You buying things. That’s what they’re invested in, not not the
news. And so they will give the
1504.8 worst news possible. First
they’ll get you fearful, so you’ll continue watching. And
then they’ll show products. This
1511.16 is the old, old energy. So the
first thing I tell people is, don’t watch the news. Get it
written by real journalists who
1519.08 are not that it’s not scored
with music and has ads in it, those kinds of things, and
you’re more likely to have a
1525.1 better snapshot of what’s
happening on the world. But still, they’re not reporting
what you are doing if you if you
1532.78 look at it, they’re not
reporting the results of your program and the people who are
changed by your program and
1542.4 hundreds of others like your
program. So this is what’s going on, a little bit on the earth.
We’re in a battle now, and we’re
1550.08 feeling it, and we’re seeing it. Jannecke Øinæs: Hey guys, I want

More than that, I’ve learned that we have a negative bias,
like as humans, and I’ve heard

changing so, so we’re opening up

what I’m curious about is, then,
1617.16 are we then receiving help in
order to switch this negative bias, like on a global scale, to
a positive bias, because I can
1627.08 hear my mind is chattering away
with negative stuff. And then you, if you amplify that, well,
then we see the control and the
1635.72 wars and people who are hurting
others, you know, to a big
1640.78 degree, if you go over to the
other poll. So to say so, being
1646.84 a human, I feel like human is in
conflict in itself, and I think
1652.3 we’re seeing that also on the
outside, and that’s why we’re doing spiritual work right, to
try to be the best version of
1661.68 ourselves and to become more who
we are and come to that inner peace. But it’s a long journey,
so I’m thinking, Are we
1668.7 receiving help, like
energetically? Yes, Monika Muranyi: I would love to
answer that.
1675.51 Lee Carroll: The answer is yes,
yes. Monika Muranyi: I love this
question, and you began with
1681.72 talking about is the DNA
changing. And I want to say that
1688.59 we’ve always had the DNA within
humanity that has been unchanged
1695.46 for at least 200,000 years. But
this is where I want to talk
1700.8 about the amazing thing that
science has begun to see that Kryon has always talked about.
Now this may challenge some
1711.36 belief systems that those
watching this have about our creation story. So let me
present it to you in a way that
1720.69 you can follow along. Kryon has
said that the divine humans on
1727.05 our planet were seeded by those
from the stars, and gives the
1732.93 name the Pleiades, the
Pleiadians, when it was appropriate, they came to our
planet 200,000 years ago to
1742.59 create the type of humans on the
earth that have the spark of God
1747.81 inside now, when you follow the
creation stories of the
1753.66 indigenous and from my country,
I live in Australia, well, I live in the US now with leave It
my home country was Australia,
1762.03 and they have the anunnu who
live right in the middle of our country at a place called Uluru,
this beautiful, monolithic Red
1772.11 Rock. And it’s very sacred to
them. And their creation story
1777.24 is that from the Seven Sisters,
they even have a 3000 mile long
1783.93 song line through the desert
that tells the creation story of the Seven Sisters, and it came
from the Pleiades, the cluster
1793.47 of stars. When you go to Hawaii,
the ancient Hawaiians also talk
1799.32 about. The Seven Sisters and the
Pleiades. When you go to New Zealand, Aotearoa, they also
have a creation story of the
1807.93 Seven Sisters. If you go to all
of the Native American tribes
1813.36 within America, they also have
the story of the Seven Sisters. Now, none of these indigenous
tribes knew each other, they are
1824.01 geographically separated, and
yet they have this commonality
1830.04 of the creation stories. Then
the interesting thing I discovered when I was visiting a
Hindu monastery on Kauai is that
1841.08 there was a gentleman there who
channeled a book, and within that book, he also said that we
came from the Pleiades. So now
1851.64 you have one of the oldest
religious belief systems on the planet also saying that we come
from the creation stories. Let’s
1860.7 turn the page and have a look at
what science has observed.
1866.64 200,000 years ago, there was
something that took place within
1871.98 the chromosomes of humans, where
we went to a 23 pair chromosome
1879.45 human, and what they’re noticing
is that chromosome number two
1885.06 has an ancient relic of a
telomere to telomere fusion with
1891.72 precision and accurate accuracy
that took place 200,000 years ago. Why is that significant?
Well, chromosomes have telomeres
1899.67 on the ends of them. So to have
a chromosome where telomeres had
1905.7 been fused together in the

they did a reprint, they changed the title to the science of self

not evolve from here. That was

said that something was that we were visited by those from the

us. And there truly is, in the name of that, is duality, and
we’ve all had it and it, it is

of what Monica is saying. People are starting. To change and
understand how to temper that,

fight that we have inside of all of us. One of the best things

were we told and what is

work in school is we go through layers of school. We learn

through that course and you

to have a better spiritual experience. It’s called self

actually practice intention setting.

about intention setting without mentioning a beautiful woman
that Lee and I both know. Her
3091.54 name is Lynn McTaggart, and she
discovered the power of
3097.48 intention in a way that she can
also measure, and she has created this program where you
can join and participate and be

intention groups. There is something magical that unfolds
when you are having a group

you said, when you set an

pulled into that. And it’s like a laser beam focus that aligns
everything that we have within

that’s working towards us. And

that Lee and I have learnt from

intention we can have is to

With dear spirit. Tell me what I need to know, show me what I
need to see, steer my life to

dear spirit, bring me benevolence. And when we get
into that state of intention,

intention and affirmations is to also have the energy of
allowance. For when we have the
3185.65 energy of allowance, it allows
this or something better to

limit ourselves with our intention, where we have this
intention, that I intend to have

particular way, but if we intend to have I intend to have a
vehicle of transport that serves

magnificent way, then you’re open to other possibilities that
are outside of what you limit

everything, but having the

with it opens you up to even

I know you always have some

Because what she said is she felt, I love this. You feel that
what you intend actually said,

and that’s the direction you go. And when you don’t intend, you
feel that you’re kind of without
3256.12 a rudder that is so powerful,
because that’s exactly what’s happening, and I could explain
the minutia of it, and I don’t
3264.22 want to, because Kryon has
actually talked about how it works. Picture this, just for a
moment. Your consciousness now
3271.75 has been proven by many
experiments, and Lynn talks about this. Lynn ratagard as
energy. Consciousness is not
3278.65 mamby pamby stuff. It floats
right. It’s energy. Someday we’ll be able to measure it with
the tools that we’ll have. But
3285.4 now we understand consciousness
is energy, therefore you can manifest with it. And here’s how
it works, you cannot create your
3294.43 future. Grind has said over and
over, and many have said, you have free choice. You’re. Future
is based upon whatever happens
3302.44 on the planet where you are, but
you can, you can plan a situation for your life so you
don’t step in the potholes.

almost like others are going forward in their life, and it’s
they’re in the dark and they’re
3317.92 going to step in a pothole.
Intent is the spotlight, and so the intent turns on the light so
you can see left or right. I
3327.13 will not step in that pothole.
I’ll not read the wrong person. I’ll go here, this person over
there. Oh, I’m interested in
3333.61 that. My intuition says I had to
meet that person. They have some Do you see how this works?
You’re not controlling your
3339.85 future. It’s just that you turn
the lights on and now you can see where you’re stepping. This
is the best metaphor I can give
3347.47 for how you are feeling. And
that is correct when you give intent for things. And we do we
this is what Monica constantly
3355.45 doing. This is we are tending
for certain kinds of things that we want in our life. And I will
tell you that it’s almost like
3362.53 we drew them on a piece of paper
and they’re there, and they happen, and we cross them off
onto the next one. This really
3369.64 works. We have a course in in
intuition as well, because it’s now becoming more powerful with
all of this dimensional shift,
3378.07 with all this thing, the things
that we are working on it, there is more empowerment for
individual, people like you and
3384.52 I than it’s ever been before. Jannecke Øinæs: And I think you
did mention it, but I have to
3392.29 ask at the end of the episode.
Now, you said there was a battle going on, but is the light
winning?
3400.9 Lee Carroll: It is, and you can
see it so many if you go back to either attitudes, the things
that people are doing now that
3409.18 they never did before, how we
think about each other just over the last 2030, years. But if you
go back a couple of 100 years,
3416.29 it’s really obvious that
consciousness is evolving. But now it really is we’re beginning
to see things we never saw
3423.58 before. I mean, when, when the
last Pope came in, for instance, and the former one didn’t even
die for him to come in, one of
3431.95 the first things he did was to
say, I’m going to eliminate this thing that has been abuse of
children in the church. It’s one
3438.13 of the worst things that you’ve
ever seen. How many centuries did it take for that to happen?
Bingo that happened at the same
3444.85 time. You see all of these
things, the me too, movement, the my grandfather said, You’ll
never change how men treat women
3452.98 and how that women never go
anywhere, because that’s just the way of it. He said. He said,
I’ve seen it for all my life,
3458.77 and my grandfather saw it in his
life. And bingo that changed. Movie stars are getting called
on it. They’re going to jail for
3466.36 what normally people did. This
is our society, the core of it
3472.15 that is starting to change.
There’s many things like that, over and over and over that are
small, but you can see this is
3479.41 an evolution of consciousness to
something that is we respect each other, we’re kinder to each
other. That has not followed yet
3488.35 into politics. It’s not that’s
the last thing, the last bastion, I think you’ll see they
still yell at each other, call
3495.46 each other names, and it’s
divine and separate people. It’s coming. Something is coming.
It’s going to change that. When
3501.67 you see what it could be with
somebody who’s coming along in some country, and you’ll go,
wow, I never knew they could do
3510.07 that. It’s time. And individuals
are the heroes of our time. We
3517.39 can point to them in every one
of our countries that that we respect, that’s coming as well.
It can’t be too soon for me when
3524.71 we’re in the midst of some
horror right here on the planet. This too will pass.
3529.72 Monika Muranyi: And one of the
things that Kryon has said, when you have the physics of
consciousness has energy, and
3536.71 there are formulas, and there
are things where, when you know that they’re going to happen,
it’s because the potentials have
3545.02 set up, and crimes often given
an example of the Snowball is
3550.06 coming down the hill, and what
that means, and particularly, you’ll love this, because you’re
in Norway, and you have a lot of
3555.37 snow, and you’ve obviously seen
when a big snowball comes down The slope, there’s a tipping
point. Okay, so when that
3562.96 snowball tips and gravity takes
over, you can’t stop the
3569.11 Snowball from coming down the
hill. And if you say this snowball is going to hit that
tree, you’re not giving a
3578.08 prediction. You’re seeing the
alignment of all the potentials of what’s already underway. So
it’s going to hit that unless
3585.22 something happens in the
meantime, where the tree gets chopped down or something like
that. But again, this is a
3591.37 metaphor to understand the
perspective from what Kryon sees and Spirit sees and reports back
to us. So when crying gives that
3599.83 for. Craves light is winning.
Crying is saying that the
3605.44 snowball that holds that tipping
point of light winning on the planet, it’s moved past that
tipping point, and it’s on the
3616.48 way. So you can’t stop it, no
matter what you do, and what
3621.97 we’re seeing is, again, that
last gasp, but it’s not going to
3628.33 stop the Snowball from coming,
because it’s too late, that snowball of light has been
released. What Kryon says is
3637.15 that we are in control of the
timing of it. So when we get
3644.11 into the fear of what’s
happening and all of the things
3649.81 that go around that look like
light is not winning, all that’s doing is delaying what’s
inevitable. So the best thing we
3659.26 can do to speed up the timing of
the light. Winning is to claim
3666.13 that truth already and shine
that truth. The more of us can
3671.92 hold that vibration and shift
it. We actively speed up the delivery of light. There is a
delivery of light on the planet,
3682.48 coming from everywhere and
coming from within the Pleiadian portals within the earth, coming
from our solar system, coming
3689.05 from podcasts like you, coming
from individuals who are awakening to a bigger truth and
knowing that we are divine
3698.86 inside that is our existence,
and we are stepping more and more into the light. So the
light is winning. We are in
3708.16 control of the timing of it. And
anyone that thinks all these skirmishes and last gasps of the
old energy are going to stop the

They can no more stop the light

on the beach can stop the
3728.47 incoming tide coming over it. So
just imagine there is this wave

Shores, and you have all these frantic attempts of building a
sand wall to stop that ocean, to

doesn’t have a chance, that wave of light is going to roll over
like the sand castle and just
3754.0 smoosh it all into the existing
particles of sand, and come back, and I want all of you to
leave with that knowing light is

love is our authentic state.

have to peel the layers of the onion that obfuscate that which
we already have. Does the soul

just emanates the energy of

who we are, that is the self

all the layers like dust that

myself? It simply is the love that it already was

back to you, Monica, what is the deeper meaning of life from your
perspective?

interesting question. I think the deeper meaning of life is
knowing that we are an eternal
3881.8 soul with no beginning and no
end. It is a statement that’s
3887.74 incredibly difficult for the
logical mind to understand, but
3895.18 the life we have when we go to
that end of life. If we don’t
3901.03 stop, we continue, and we are
here having a beautiful human
3906.91 experience and changing the
fabric of the universe in the process.

you, Lee, what do you think? What is the deeper meaning of
life? From your perception?
3919.78 Lee Carroll: Blank and I work
together in this constantly, and her answer is the right answer,
and it is to go further. Much
3929.29 is, is the deeper meaning of
life is when you sit there and realize I’m an eternal soul,
there’s so much more to me. And
3936.64 what does this mean to me now?
And what can I do that’s different from, you know, the
chores of the day, or the phone

appointments, the deeper meaning becomes, why am I here? And that
is to enhance this planet.
